				The patient was a 49-year-old female referred to our office to treat the advanced gum recession of her lower anterior teeth. The patient was very anxious about the surgery and recovery time.
Dr. Khansari was able to graft all 6 of her lower anterior teeth and cover her exposed roots with a soft tissue allograft under IV sedation. 				The patient was a 42 year old male referred to our office for gingival recession. The patient presented with a very advanced stage generalized gingival recession. Treatment was completed in two phases, with each arch being treated under IV sedation. The patient was informed that root coverage would be partial due to the advanced nature of the gingival defect and the associated bone loss.
