Cosmetic Crown Lengthening Case #1

The patient was a 50-year-old female referred to our office for cosmetic crown lengthening. The patient had previously undergone orthodontic treatment twice and TMJ treatment to try and fix her deep bite and gummy smile.

The patient was disappointed with the lack of results. The patient was very motivated to fix her gummy smile and arrived at our office with pictures of what she wanted her smile to look like.

Dr. Khansari performed cosmetic crown lengthening surgery under IV sedation without complications. The patient was very happy with the results and was excited to move on to the next phase of her treatment, veneers!

The patient was a 24-year-old female referred to our office for consultation regarding her gummy smile. The patient was unhappy with her smile and the small size of her teeth. The patient wanted to improve the ratio of visible gum to teeth.

Dr. Khansari performed cosmetic crown lengthening on the patient’s upper anterior teeth under IV sedation to achieve proper gingival margins and the golden proportion ratio between the teeth. The patient was very pleased with the results.

The patient was a 36-year-old female referred to our office for treatment of her gummy smile. The patient was a doctor and was self-conscious about her thick gum tissue which was constantly visible when she spoke to her patients.
